Here we are at the tail end of another extraordinary year and are pleased that we have managed to hold around half of our normal annual meetings throughout all the lockdown and other restrictions.

We can confirm that we are able to bid this year goodbye in our traditional way with a fun trivia quiz compiled by our own clever facilitator, Ruth Brown. Regular netters will be aware that this is always an entertaining evening. Ruth has compiled this year’s quiz while dealing with her own challenge of recuperating after a nasty accident resulting in a major foot/ankle injury. She ventured to her first non-medical related evening outing last week to the Manning Net meeting! I’m sure that all wish her continued healing to regain full functionality.

The title of this year’s quiz is “Planes, trains and automobiles and all things travel” - loosely themed on travel. A tip Ruth gave at the last meeting is that you might like to look over capital cities of the world!
